Reliance Properties

Our office for Reliance Properties is on the ground floor of Building No 78A in the Zamrudpur area, right near GK 1. It’s an interesting spot because you have the fancy parts of Greater Kailash just a stone’s throw away, but our street feels much more like a traditional neighborhood. The office stays fairly cool since it’s on the ground floor, which is a relief in the summer. We have a heavy glass door that lets in a bit of light, and the walls are painted a simple off-white color. There are usually a few maps of south Delhi pinned up so we can show people exactly where different buildings are. We spend most of our time talking to owners and looking through old records of who lives where. The desks are often covered in folders and loose notes because things change so fast in the property market. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, one of us just looks up from our computer when someone walks in. It’s a very casual atmosphere where we talk about the local news while we work. The building itself is an older one, and we know the people living upstairs quite well. It’s a basic, honest workspace where we handle the details of local property without any unnecessary fuss or complicated corporate rules.
