Relaxo Footwears Ltd. has a spot at No-a-4 in Udyog Nagar. It’s an older industrial area, and our building fits right in with the rest of them. It’s a place that’s clearly built for work, not for showing off. Inside, it’s all about the footwear. There’s the smell of rubber and materials everywhere you go. We have been operating from this Udyog Nagar address for quite some time. The floors are concrete and there’s a lot of movement throughout the day with people moving boxes and checking the machinery. We don’t have a big, fancy front office. Most of the space is taken up by the production lines and the storage for the finished shoes. It can get pretty loud when all the equipment is running at the same time. We have a routine that we stick to every day to make sure everything stays on track. The area around A-4 is always busy with other workers and delivery vehicles. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the stacks of materials, but we know where everything is. We don't worry about being polished or corporate; we just focus on making sure the shoes are made right and shipped out. It’s a straightforward, busy factory environment where everyone has a job to do. We just keep our heads down, watch the production counts, and make sure the trucks are loaded before the day ends.
