Realtech Group

Realtech Group is located right in Dilshad Garden, specifically at 83D, Pocket B. It’s a bit of a maze back here in Delhi 95, but we’ve been at this spot for quite some time. We do various bits of work involving property and local building needs. Most days it’s just us handling paperwork or talking to folks about their homes. The office isn't anything special, just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders stacked against the wall. We don't spend much on fancy decorations because we're usually out on a site anyway. Delhi can be a tough place to get things moving with all the regulations and the heat, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. Our team is small, mostly family and a few neighbors who’ve worked with us for years. We try to keep things simple. If there's a problem with a wall or a leak, we figure it out. It’s not always smooth sailing, and sometimes we have to wait on parts or people, but that’s just part of the job. You won't find us in big newspapers, we mostly just get work through word of mouth from people around the colony. We like being part of the neighborhood here. It’s a noisy area but it feels like home to us. Just plain work, day in and day out, making sure things stay standing.
