Our office is based in Uttam Nagar, which is a very busy and crowded part of New Delhi. If you’ve ever navigated the narrow lanes around here, you know it is always full of life and noise. Our space is tucked right into the middle of all that activity. It isn't a polished or fancy place, just a simple room where we keep our tools, maps, and paperwork. Working in Uttam Nagar requires some patience because of the traffic and the constant buzz of the neighborhood. We spend most of our days managing different project sites across the city. This involves a lot of phone calls and making sure the crews have what they need for the day. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. It is just hard work and everyday problem-solving. Every morning starts with some tea and a quick talk about the schedule. The office can get a bit cramped when we have all our samples and equipment inside, but we make it work. Over the years, we’ve grown to like the chaotic energy of this area. It is where we feel most at home. We just focus on our list of tasks and make sure everything gets finished on time. There is no secret to how we do things; we just show up and work.
