You can find us over near the Air Force Station at Pinto Park in Palam, which is part of Delhi Cantt. It’s a bit different working so close to the base because the whole area feels a lot more disciplined and orderly. Our office here is where all the logistics and planning for our projects get sorted out. While the rest of Delhi is usually loud and congested, the Cantt area stays a little calmer. We spend the bulk of our time on the phone or checking schedules to make sure materials are being delivered. There isn't a fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s just a functional workspace for the team. On days when the weather is good and the Palam traffic isn't too bad, things run pretty smoothly. We’ve been at this for quite a while and don't see any reason to use complicated language to describe our work. It is just project management. We take the daily problems as they come and try to keep the sites on schedule. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so we have a good rhythm going. Our focus is strictly on the practical side of the business. We don't need a polished office to do our jobs well; we just need a place to stay organized. That is how we operate every single day.
