Rattan Singh Builders Pvt Ltd is located over in North Delhi. Our main spot is at B-5/198 in Sector-8, Rohini. Rohini is a massive residential and commercial area, and being in Sector-8 puts us right where a lot of the action is. We have been working as builders for quite a while now. The office is usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and site reports, which is typical for a construction business like ours. We don't try to look like a big corporate entity with glass walls. We are just local builders who know the Rohini area very well. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years. We spend our mornings getting things ready for the crews and our afternoons checking on the progress of various jobs. Sector-8 is a good place to be based because it is easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just build things. It's a straightforward trade and we try to do it right every time. If you go past the B-5 block, you'll see where we are. It is a busy little office but it serves us well for everything we need to do. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but that’s just Delhi. We just get on with the day and make sure the projects stay on track.
