We have been here in Ghaziabad for a while now, specifically tucked away in Old Arya Nagar. It's Gali Number 9, and the place is basically part of the house number 55 where S.K. Pandey stays. Dealing with ceramics is what we do every day. Mostly, it’s about managing the stock and getting things moved out to customers who need them for their homes or projects. The street can get a bit crowded sometimes, which makes loading the trucks a bit of a puzzle, but we manage somehow. It isn't a massive showroom with bright lights. It is more of a practical setup where we keep track of the inventory and handle the paperwork. People come by asking about different ceramic pieces, and we show them what is available in the back. Sometimes the weather in U.P. makes it dusty, so we spend a lot of time just keeping the tiles clean. It is a small team here. We know the neighbors pretty well. Work starts early and usually goes on until the sun sets. There’s always someone around to answer the phone or check the ledgers. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or anything like that, just a desk and the samples. It's just a regular local business trying to keep things moving. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot. It is a simple life and we just get on with it.
