Nishant Plastic Industries is tucked away at Wz-12. It’s a basic industrial unit where we spend our days making plastic goods. The smell of melting plastic is something you get used to after about five minutes in the building. We have a couple of injection molding machines that run pretty much all day long. The space at Wz-12 is a bit cramped because we have to store the raw plastic granules and the finished products in the same area. We have to be very careful with the storage so we don't run out of room to move around. Most of the work is repetitive, but you have to keep an eye on the temperature and the pressure of the machines. If something goes wrong, it creates a lot of waste, and we hate wasting material. We aren't a big factory with hundreds of workers. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything stays on track. We don't have a website or a big marketing plan. Most people who buy from us have been doing so for years. They know where Wz-12 is and they know what kind of work we do. It’s a very straightforward business. We show up, we run the machines, we pack the items, and we go home. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we’ve been doing at Nishant Plastic Industries for a long time.
