Ramky Infrastructures Limited is located near the church in the Hariyana Mohalla area of Bharatpur, Rajasthan. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know where the church is. We’ve been here for a while and most people in the neighborhood know our name. The office is tucked away in a local street, so it feels more like a part of the community than a big business. We spend our days managing construction projects across the state. Rajasthan has some tough terrain, so we have to be careful with our planning. The office is usually full of maps and site photos. We have a small group of people who handle the day-to-day stuff like billing and scheduling. It’s not a fancy place, just a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We drink a lot of local tea and talk about the progress of our current jobs. Sometimes we have to deal with delays because of the weather or getting materials delivered, but that’s just how it goes. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the basics to get the job done right. We’re proud to be part of the Bharatpur community and we try to hire local folks when we can. It’s a straightforward business, no frills. We just want to finish our work and move on to the next one without too much fuss or extra noise.
