Rajput Industries

Rajput Industries is based in Shahdara at Plot No 12/1 on Saraswati Marg in Chhajjupur. We have a decent sized plot where we do all our work. It is an industrial area, so there are always machines running and people moving around. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a functional space for production. We spend the days making sure the machines are running right and the workers have what they need. It gets quite noisy inside when everything is turned on at once. Chhajjupur can be a bit dusty, especially in the dry months. We have our office in one corner and the main work floor takes up the rest of the space. We’ve been operating from Plot No 12/1 for a while. Saraswati Marg is a busy street with lots of other small industries nearby. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on getting the daily orders finished. Sometimes we have to stay late if a machine breaks down or if there is a big deadline. It’s a lot of physical labor and managing schedules. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People find us because they know the name or they see us while passing through Shahdara. It’s a regular factory life with its own set of problems and successes. We just keep the doors open and do the work day after day. The gates open early and we usually leave once the sun goes down.
