We are based at No. 213 in New Rajender Nagar. The name on the door says India Lighttec Pvt. Ltd. It is a fairly busy place because we deal with a lot of lighting products. Our space is divided between a front office and a much larger area in the back for storage. There are boxes stacked high almost everywhere you look. New Rajender Nagar is a crowded part of the city, so getting deliveries in and out can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic. We have a small team of people who have been here for a long time. We don't have a big human resources department or a polished front desk. It's just a place where work gets done. Most of our day is spent checking orders and making sure the right parts go out to the right people. It can be quite physical work, especially when a big shipment arrives. We use a lot of tape and cardboard. The office part has some old desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don't really do much in the way of decoration. It's a very practical environment. We have a routine that we follow every day. Sometimes we have a quick chat over tea, but mostly we are busy with the inventory. It's an honest living and we've been at this location for many years. We just keep our heads down and manage the stock.
