RAJ TRADING COMPANY

We’ve been here at Plot No. 61 in the Taj Building for a while now. G.B. Road is always loud and crowded, but that's just how things are on Shardhanand Marg. My father started this trading thing years back, and I just sort of took over when he got tired of it. It’s mostly just boxes of stock and people coming in asking for stuff we have or sometimes stuff we don’t. We open up early, drink some tea, and then start moving things around. There isn’t much to say about the building itself, it’s old and has seen better days, but it holds everything we need. Most of the guys working here have been around since I was a kid. We don't really have a fancy office or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of dust from the street. Some days are slow, especially when it rains and the road gets messy. Other days, we can barely keep up with the loading. It’s just a regular trading business. We handle what comes our way and try to keep the paperwork straight, though that's always the hardest part. The tea stall nearby is where we spend half our time anyway. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the corner of the Taj Building. It's a bit faded but it’s still there. We’ll probably be inside drinking tea or checking the inventory lists for the afternoon delivery.
