Raj Construction Pvt Ltd is situated at M 58 in the Rajdhani Apartments. We are in the Batla House area of Jamia Nagar in New Delhi. It’s a very busy neighborhood and things can get pretty loud outside. Our office is just an apartment that we use to run the business. We don't have a fancy storefront or a big showroom. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of project files. New Delhi -25 is our home base. We do a lot of work right here in Jamia Nagar. The roads around here are narrow, so moving construction materials is always a bit of a puzzle. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We know our neighbors and we know the area. Most of our work comes from people living in the same buildings or nearby streets. We spend our days on the phone or out at different sites making sure things are moving along. It’s a lot of hard work and we get pretty tired by the end of the day. We don't use any slick marketing talk. We just tell people the truth about their projects. Sometimes there are delays with materials or labor, and we just deal with it. We’re just local people trying to do a decent job building. If you’re ever in Batla House, you’ve probably walked right past our apartment building.
