Raheja Developers

Raheja Developers is based out of L-38F in Triveni, Sheikh Sarai Phase-II. We are right near Bhagat Singh College, so there are always students walking around and a bit of energy in the air. The office itself is pretty functional. We have our desks, our filing cabinets, and a whole lot of paperwork related to the development projects we handle. Being in New Delhi means things are always moving fast, and we try to keep up with that pace. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just take the projects as they come and try to manage the construction and development side of things from this Sheikh Sarai location. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just keep working through it. It’s a local operation, and we know the neighbors pretty well. We spend a lot of time on the phone with site managers or walking over to get a quick lunch at one of the stalls near the college. The space is a bit tight when we have visitors, but we make it work. It’s mostly about getting the plans right and making sure the logistics for our various sites are handled properly. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and it suits the way we work—practical, no-nonsense, and very much a part of the local Delhi community.
