We are located in Shahabad Mohamadpur, which is a village area right near the I.G.I Airport in New Delhi. You can find us c/o Shri Suresh Sharma’s place, not too far from the Mother Dairy and the Vijay store. It’s a unique spot for an office because you can hear the planes taking off and landing all day long. Raheja Developers Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for a while now. It’s a very local, grounded environment. We aren't in one of those high-rise corporate parks; we are right here in the heart of the village. Most of our neighbors know us, and we often see the same faces every morning when we go to get milk or tea. Our office work involves a lot of coordination for our development projects across the city. Being near the airport makes it easy for us to explain where we are, even if the lanes can be a bit narrow and confusing for newcomers. We have a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of maps of the surrounding land. It’s an honest way to work, and we don't feel the need to put on any airs. We just focus on the development tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with it. It’s a busy, noisy, and very real part of Delhi.
