Raheja Developers Pvt Ltd is located in the Neelesh Park Apartments, specifically unit B-3, in the Kondhwa area of Pune. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building, but it makes the whole place feel a lot more personal and less like a cold office. Kondhwa is a lively part of Pune, and we are right there in the mix. Our office is usually filled with the sound of city life coming through the windows. Inside, it’s mostly shelves full of project folders and a few computers that have seen better days but still do the job. We handle our development business with a small, dedicated crew. We don't go for big presentations; we usually just sit around the table and figure things out. Sometimes we have to move boxes of documents around just to find a place to sit, but that's just part of the charm. We spend our time coordinating with contractors and checking on how our building sites in the area are progressing. The weather in Pune is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when we can. We’re just a local business doing our part in the development of the city. We know our way around the local municipal offices and the various neighborhoods.
