You can find us at Quater No. 290, Type-3 in the S.P.G. Complex in Sector VIII, Dwarka. It’s a bit of a specific spot because we are tucked away in the residential part of New Delhi. Yogesh Kumar runs things here for Raheja Developer Pvt. Ltd. It doesn't look like your typical glass-and-steel office building. It’s a lot more low-key than that. We mostly handle the administrative side of our development work from this location. Dwarka is a huge area, and being in Sector VIII puts us in a good position to keep an eye on things nearby. Our days usually start early with phone calls and checking on the status of various project filings. Since it’s a government complex area, it stays relatively quiet compared to the main markets, which is nice for actually getting work done. We have stacks of files and a few desks shoved into the space we have. It’s an honest setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. Most of our time is spent making sure the details of our developer projects are accurate and that the people we work with are on the same page. It’s a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the door or digging through old records. It’s just how we operate day to day in this part of Delhi.
