Raghuvansh

Raghuvansh is tucked away at 5567 Nai Sarak. If you know Chandni Chowk, you know Nai Sarak is the main place for books and clothes and all sorts of other things. Our shop is just a regular spot in that long, narrow street. It stays pretty crowded from early morning until the sun goes down. We have been working out of this address for some time now. The walls are a bit dusty and the wooden shelves are always full of items. We don’t spend much time on decorating or making things look pretty for visitors. It’s more about having what people need when they come through the door. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the narrow lanes feel even tighter, but we stay busy enough to not notice it too much. We usually start our day early to beat the main rush of the afternoon. Dealing with the different people who pass by 5567 is the main part of the daily job. It’s a lot of talking and moving heavy things around. The building has its quirks, like the steep stairs and the way the light hits the floor in the afternoon. It’s not a big corporate office, just a local business in a very old part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Being in Chandni Chowk means you’re part of a huge network of traders and we like being part of that history.
