Our place, Raghav Agromed Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away in Laxmi Vihar, near the Burari area. The address is a bit of a mouthful, 411/2/2, but once you find the neighborhood, it’s not too hard to spot us. We are involved in the agro-business, so the vibe here is a bit different than a city center office. It feels a bit more grounded. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and suppliers, so the phone is basically glued to someone’s ear all day. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some sturdy desks, a few old computers, and plenty of files related to crops and seeds. We’ve got a small team that handles the logistics and the sales side of things. It can get pretty dusty around here depending on the season and the wind, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't have a polished corporate image. We wear comfortable clothes and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, or the internet slows down, but we always manage to get the work finished. We like the local feel of being in Burari. It’s a community where people know each other, and we like that our business is part of that. We just keep our heads down and try to do right by the people we work with every single day.
