We are based out of Factory No C 260 in Sector 10. It’s an industrial block, so there is always noise from the machines nearby. Our setup is quite functional. We spend most of the day dealing with building materials and site plans. Being in Sector 10 makes it easy for suppliers to drop things off. We started out small and stayed that way for a bit. The office inside the factory is where we handle the billing and the drawings. It's not a showroom or a place with carpets. Just desks and a lot of paper. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just how it is here. People usually call us when they have a project starting up nearby. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us. We know the local building rules and which contractors are reliable. We've seen a lot of sheds and factories go up in this area. If you come by, you’ll likely see some of our guys loading or unloading stuff. We keep it honest. No fancy talk, just work. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into the main lane of Sector 10. We've been here long enough that most of the other factory owners know us. We just keep our heads down and finish the jobs we take on. It is a busy life here, but we enjoy the pace of the industrial estate.
