You’ll find us at R-25 on the first floor in Vani Vihar, which is part of Uttam Nagar here in New Delhi. We are Quippo Construction Equipment Ltd. Working out of the 110059 area means we are always surrounded by the energy of the city. The first floor is a good spot because we can see what’s happening on the street but still have a bit of quiet to focus. We deal with construction equipment, so our days are filled with talk of cranes, rollers, and other heavy machines. It isn't a clean, silent office. There’s always someone coming in with mud on their boots or a story about a site delay. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but with so many moving parts, it's a constant effort. Uttam Nagar is pretty crowded, so we’ve learned to be patient with deliveries and visitors. We aren't into fancy titles or corporate jargon. We just want to make sure the machines are where they need to be so the building can get done. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from the road outside, but we just wipe off the desks and keep going. Most of us have been doing this for a while, so we know the drill.
