Quality World

We are up on the 12th floor of the GD-ITL Tower. That is room number 1203. It’s in the B-08 block, right there on the Ring Road in the Pitampura area. Netaji Subhash Place is always buzzing with people and cars at all hours. From our office window, you can see the metro line and all the traffic moving slowly below on the main road. We call ourselves Quality World. It’s a pretty typical office setup for this part of Delhi. We have some basic desks, a couple of computers that have seen better days, and a small area where we make tea. It’s not some massive corporate headquarters with a dozen floors. It's just a decent, functional space to do our daily work. The elevator in the tower can be incredibly slow during the lunch hours because the building is so tall and full of people. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or just typing away at our keyboards. It’s a professional enough spot, but we don't go overboard with decorations or fancy art on the walls. We just keep the essentials. Some days are much quieter than others, depending on the workload. When the weather is clear, the view of the city is actually pretty good from up here. We see a lot of people coming and going from the other offices in the tower every day. It’s a good location because the metro station is so close by, which makes the daily commute a lot easier for everyone. We aren't here to try and impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just get our tasks done and try to stay as organized as possible. It’s a steady routine. We show up, do the work, and head home when the lights in the other towers start coming on.
