Hanuman Trading Corporation is based at No. 106 in the Transport Centre. If you’ve ever been to a transport center, you know exactly what it’s like. There are trucks coming in at all hours, people loading and unloading crates, and a lot of shouting back and forth to get things moved. It’s a noisy, greasy, busy place, but it’s where we belong. Our unit is number 106. We don't have a carpeted office or fancy air conditioning that works all the time. It’s just a workspace where Hanuman Trading Corporation handles its business. The floors are concrete and the walls have seen better days, but that doesn't stop us from getting the job done. We are surrounded by other trading companies and logistics folks. It’s a community of people who just want to move goods from one place to another. You won't find any corporate mission statements on our walls. We just have our ledgers and our phones. The Transport Centre is a bit of a maze if you're new, but once you find No. 106, you’ll find us there most days of the week. It’s just the reality of the trading life. We deal with the heat and the noise and just keep moving forward. Hanuman Trading Corporation has been around for a while, and we’ve seen plenty of other businesses come and go in this center. We have a heavy metal door that we roll up every morning.
