Setting up shop in Durga Vihar was a big step for us. New Delhi is a crowded place, and finding your way in the property market here can be a headache for anyone. We’re just a small team working out of this area, trying to keep track of what’s happening with prices and who’s selling what. It’s a lot of talking to neighbors and keeping our ears to the ground. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with a few chairs and a lot of tea going around. We spend most of our day on the phone or out walking around the blocks to see new constructions. It’s dusty work sometimes, but we enjoy it. People come to us because we know the local streets and we don't use big words to explain things. We just tell it like it is. Some days are stressful when the market gets jumpy, but we just keep at it. Living in Delhi means you get used to the noise and the pace of the city. Durga Vihar has its own feel, and we’ve become part of the furniture here over the years. We don't have a huge corporate team, just a couple of us who know the business well enough. We focus on getting things right for the people who walk through our door. It’s simple, really. We’re just here to work and help out where we can. Sometimes we get caught in traffic for hours just to see one house, but that's Delhi for you. We keep our notes in old notebooks and just do our best.
