Property Gallery is tucked away in Karol Bagh, specifically at 2704/16, Shop No-8. We are on the first floor, right on Bank Street in the Sarafa Bazar area. If you’ve ever been to Sarafa Bazar, you know how loud and busy it gets with all the gold shops and people everywhere. Our shop is up a narrow flight of stairs, away from the main noise of the street. We mainly focus on commercial spaces because that’s what this area is all about. There are so many small businesses looking for a bit of room to store their goods or set up a small office. We spend most of our time navigating the tiny lanes of Karol Bagh to show people different shops. It’s a lot of walking, and the heat can be tough in the summer. Inside the office, we have a few old desks and a lot of ledgers. We don’t use much technology; we still prefer writing things down in our books. People come to us because we’ve been here long enough to know who is selling and who is looking to rent. It’s a very traditional way of working, based on who you know. Sometimes we just sit by the window and watch the crowd below on Bank Street while waiting for a client to arrive. It’s a busy life, but we like being in the heart of the market.
