Project Co Ordination &Planning

You can find us up on the third floor of the Madhuban Apartments in Sector 82. Noida is a fast place, but our office stays pretty quiet so we can think. We spend most of our time coordinating schedules and planning out steps for different projects. It's a lot of looking at calendars and trying to make sure everyone is on the same page. We aren't a big firm with a lobby. It is just a flat that we use for our work. Sometimes the lift doesn't work and we have to take the stairs, which is fine. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff that people don't usually see. It takes a lot of patience to get all the pieces to fit together. We use a lot of spreadsheets and physical folders to keep things straight. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We just want the planning to be right so there are no surprises later on. Being in Sector 82 means we are close to a lot of the action but tucked away enough to get things done. We keep our files organized and our coffee cups full. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We just keep at it every day until the job is done. There are always small issues to fix, but that is part of the planning game. We take it one step at a time and try to stay organized through the daily chaos.
