Sumit Soni runs things here from Mayur Vihar Phase 3. We are located in Pocket D, specifically the SFS Flats, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Delhi. Our work involves a lot of technology-related tasks, hence the name, but we don't try to sound like those big tech giants you see on the news. We are a smaller operation. Most of the time, we are busy fixing software issues, helping people with their tech needs, or figuring out how to make different systems talk to each other. The office gets a bit crowded with equipment sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with hardware and gadgets. Mayur Vihar is a lively neighborhood, so there is always noise from the street and people moving around outside. We’ve been at 51 A for a good bit now. It is a practical space for what we do. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything, just desks and computers and a lot of cables. People come to us when they have a problem they can’t solve themselves. We try to be helpful and explain things in a way that makes sense without using too much jargon. It’s a busy life in a busy city, and we just try to stay on top of the latest tech shifts. Sometimes the internet goes down or a server acts up, and we just stay until it’s fixed.
