Our place is tucked away in Gali No-3 in Gharoli Village. If you know Mayur Vihar Phase-III at all, you know it can get pretty crowded, especially near the Sitara Masjid. We operate out of D-79, and it’s a typical small business setup. There are boxes stacked up in the corners and the sound of the neighborhood kids playing outside in the lane. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, just doing our daily work of managing orders and talking to suppliers. It’s not a very fancy office, just some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of ledgers. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting at the computer, trying to keep track of everything coming in and going out. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or so, and we just sit outside for a bit of air. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction that always seems to be happening nearby, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. Usually, the morning starts with a quick tea from the stall around the corner, and then we get into the paperwork. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the orders get where they need to go without too much fuss. It's honest work in a busy part of Delhi.
