Pratibha Industries Ltd

We are tucked away in Vill-Baghmali, right near the Sanchi Patti area in Hajipur. It’s not far from the main town, but it feels a bit more secluded once you get into the lane. The post office and the police station are both in Hajipur Town, so we aren't too far from the center of things. Working here at Pratibha Industries Ltd in the Vaishali district has its own rhythm. Bihar can be a tough place to get things moving sometimes, but we manage. Our building is pretty plain. We don't have fancy lobbies or receptionists. Usually, you just walk in and ask for whoever is in charge that day. The dust from the road gets everywhere, especially in the dry season. We spend a lot of time just keeping the equipment clean and making sure the supplies are where they should be. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists. People stop by to chat or ask for directions because the address can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We just tell them to look for the Sanchi Patti turnoff. It’s not a corporate headquarters or anything like that. It is just a site where we get our hands dirty and finish what needs to be done. We aren't big on talking about ourselves; we just let the work speak when it's finished. It is a simple life out here in Baghmali for all of us.
