Prakash Pharma Exports Ltd. is located right at Shop No. 10, Door No. 4-8-50/9. We are directly opposite the Tsspdcl building in Matiala, which makes it easy for people to find us. Our days are filled with looking at shipping labels and checking medicine bottles. It is a lot of meticulous work because you can't really afford to make mistakes with exports. The shop is small and filled with shelves from floor to ceiling. We spend a lot of time counting stock and making sure everything is packed correctly for the long journeys ahead. Being across from the power station means we see a lot of workers and trucks passing by all day. Matiala has its own pace, and we’ve settled into it nicely over the years. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us handling the orders as they come in. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk and we have to stay late to clear it. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea, which is how we start every morning. The floors are plain tile and the walls are a simple white. We don't need much to do our job, just a flat surface and some good light. It’s a straightforward business and we just take it one day at a time. We’ve been here for years and the routine feels comfortable now.
