Prabhatam Build Well,Delhi

Working out of the Indian Oil Housing Society in Sector 62 is fairly quiet compared to the main roads of Noida. We are based in Qtrs. No. 209 in Sharad Kunj, which is more of a residential setting than a corporate office tower. The atmosphere here at Prabhatam Build Well,Delhi is relaxed, and we mostly handle the planning and paperwork side of building projects from this spot. Usually, the mornings are spent on the phone talking to site supervisors or checking on material deliveries for the various jobs we have going on. Since it’s a housing society, we have to be a bit careful about making too much noise or having too many people coming in and out at once. We’ve got a small desk set up with a computer and stacks of files that seem to never get smaller. G. C. Mukherjee is usually around handling the more technical bits of the business. We don’t really have a showroom or anything like that since our work is more about the construction process itself. Sometimes we have to head out to the sites in Delhi or other parts of Noida, so the office stays locked up for a few hours during the day. It’s a practical way to run things without the high costs of a big commercial space. Most of our neighbors are families, so it feels very different from a typical business district. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the building work finished.
