Our office is located at A-18 in Pocket 1 of Paschim Puri. It’s in the New Delhi 63 area. Monika Pasricha is the one who keeps things moving here. We handle a lot of electrical supplies and contracting work. Delhi is a huge place, but Paschim Puri has its own feel to it. Our space isn't very large. It’s mostly filled with desks and shelves for all the components we keep on hand. We don't have a polished corporate look. There are often stacks of invoices on the tables and some tools left out from a morning job. We are just regular people who know a thing or two about wires and circuits. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things ourselves. We don't have a team of salesmen. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone and another one out on a site visit. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't spend money on fancy signs or radio ads. Word of mouth is how we’ve always done it. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll see our door is usually open. We like the pace of life here. It’s a bit hectic sometimes, but that’s just Delhi for you.
