Power Tech System

You can find us right opposite the Kali Mandir in Ganesh Nagar. We are tucked into the Pandav Nagar Complex at B 32/2. It’s a landmark everyone knows, so we just tell people to look for the temple and then cross the road. Inside, it’s mostly racks of batteries, inverters, and heavy wires. Power Tech System isn't a very large shop, so we have to stack things carefully to keep the aisle clear. It gets hot in the summer, and the fans barely do anything, but we are used to it. Most people come to us when their power goes out or they need something to keep their computers running during a surge. We spend a lot of time testing units and checking voltage levels on the bench. There is usually a bit of grease on the floor from moving the heavy stuff around. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up, even if their hands are busy with a wrench. Some days are slow and we just sit outside on the steps watching the crowd go into the temple. Other days everyone wants their stuff fixed at the exact same time. It’s just how this business works. We keep a stash of spare fuses and small connectors in old jars on the shelf. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we do.
