We have a presence in Noida at Shubhkamna Apartments, specifically Flat No. D602 in Sector 50. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than our other locations. Polyklad Structurals Pvt.Ltd. uses this space mainly for the administrative and design parts of our structural business. Being in a flat means it’s a small, tight-knit group of us working here. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just find a few of us hunched over laptops or talking on the phone. Sector 50 is a nice part of Noida, and it’s easy for us to get around from here. We don’t do much in the way of promotion. Most of our clients are people we’ve worked with for years. We handle the structural details that keep buildings standing. It’s technical work, and we try to keep things as simple as possible. The apartment setup works for us because we don’t need a massive warehouse for the work we do in this office. Sometimes we have meetings at the dining table because that’s where the most light is. It’s a very practical, no-frills kind of place. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors don't seem to mind us. We just do our work and keep to ourselves. It is a bit informal, but we find that people prefer it that way when they visit us.
