We are located in Ali Vihar, which is in the Bhim Colony part of Badarpur, New Delhi. If you know where the Bhim Akhada is, we are right near there at F-18. Poly Qual is where we spend our days dealing with quality checks and materials. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always noise from the street coming in. We have a lot of samples and testing gear scattered around the place. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a practical workspace where we can focus on the technical details. Most of the time, we are looking at numbers and making sure things meet the right standards. Our team is small, and we mostly just talk to each other about the jobs we have that week. Sometimes customers come by to drop off items, and we have a quick chat before getting back to work. New Delhi can be a tough place to get around, so we appreciate it when people make the trip to see us. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the colony change quite a bit. We just keep doing our thing, one day at a time. No big speeches or complicated plans, just the usual routine of checking and re-checking our work to get it right. It’s a lot of responsibility but we just take it as it comes.
