We're over in Lajpat Nagar III in New Delhi, specifically at B-26 on the ground floor. If you know this area, you know it's always buzzing with people and cars. Our office is a modest space where we spend most of our waking hours. It isn't a fancy glass building with a shiny lobby; it’s just a regular spot in a busy neighborhood. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the market nearby. Inside, it's mostly just us at our desks, surrounded by stacks of paper and the hum of a few computers. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of folks who know how to get things done. We usually start the day with some tea from the stall around the corner and a quick chat about what needs to happen before evening. There’s no big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but we just take it in stride. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth environment. We don't wear suits unless we really have to. Most days, it's just casual clothes and hard work. We like the independence of being a small office. It’s not always perfect, but it works for us and our clients.
