Up on the third floor in Darya Ganj, you'll find us working away at Plar Mineral Water Enterprises. Our space is at 4772-4773, and it's usually pretty crowded with bottles and crates. Darya Ganj is a busy place, and getting stuff up to the third floor can be a bit of a workout some days. We’ve been handling water supplies for quite a bit now. It’s a simple business, really. We make sure the water is clean and the bottles are filled up right. There isn't much room for fluff when you’re dealing with heavy water jugs every day. Most of the staff here have been around for years and they know the routine by heart. We don’t have a big showroom or anything. It’s just an office and a storage area where we keep things moving. Sometimes the lift acts up, and we have to wait, but that’s just part of being in an older building in this part of town. We keep track of everything on old clipboards and a computer that’s seen better days. The traffic in Darya Ganj can be a real headache, especially during the afternoon rush. We have to time our deliveries just right so we don't get stuck for hours. Inside the office, it’s usually a bit cooler than the street, which is a relief. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to suppliers and checking on orders. There is always something that needs fixing, whether it’s a leaky tap or a printer that won’t start. We just take it all in stride.
