Our office for Piyush Buildwell India Limited is in Indirapuram. Specifically, we are at F-62, Module 20, in the Vardhan Apartments. Ghaziabad is a fast-moving city with a lot of construction always going on around us. Working out of an apartment module is practical for us. It keeps us close to where people are actually living. We aren't in some far-off industrial park. We have our desks crammed into the space and plenty of blueprints laying around the room. The building has that typical Ghaziabad feel. It’s busy and there are always people moving in the corridors. We’ve been here for a while and the location works for what we do. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s where the actual planning and building management happens. We get a lot of phone calls and people stopping by with questions about their units or the local projects. Sometimes the parking is a total nightmare, but that’s just how it is in Indirapuram these days. We don’t try to act like a giant corporation with fancy titles. We are just local builders trying to keep things moving. We have our good days and our bad days. Most of the time, we are just busy checking schedules and talking to contractors on the phone. It’s a messy, real business and we are fine with that. We just do the work and try to keep everything on track as best as we can.
