Our place is at No. 108 in Vardhman Plaza over in Pitampura. It’s a busy shopping complex, so there are always people walking past the windows. We deal with all kinds of items that companies like to give away to their staff or clients. The back room is usually packed with boxes waiting to be shipped out. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with packing tape and bubble wrap all over the place. We try to keep it tidy, but when a big order comes in, the whole floor gets covered quickly. We’ve been in this plaza for quite some time now. Most of the other shop owners know us. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking here. We just source things, put them together, and send them where they need to go. It’s practical work that keeps us on our feet. Sometimes we have to hunt down specific items that someone wants, and that can take a lot of phone calls. We don't have a big marketing team. We just answer the phone and talk to people who need stuff for their events. It’s a simple business model that has worked for us. We see a lot of the same faces coming back every year when they have their annual parties. Pitampura is a good spot for us because it’s central for our deliveries. We just keep our heads down and pack the boxes.
