Pipil Freight Forwarding (P) Ltd. is located at L-25 in Laxmi Nagar. If you’ve ever been to Laxmi Nagar, you know it’s packed with shops and people. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. We do freight forwarding, which basically means we arrange for goods to be transported across the country or even further. It’s a lot of logistics work. We deal with carriers, customs, and all the paperwork that comes with it. The office is usually a bit of a mess with folders and notebooks everywhere. We don't really care about having a polished look. We just want to make sure the containers get on the right ships or trucks. You’ll often find us arguing with someone on the phone about a delay or a missing document. It’s just the nature of the business. We take a break for lunch at one of the local spots nearby, then it’s back to the phones. We’ve been here at L-25 for a good while. Some of the neighbors have been here as long as we have. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local office doing freight. It gets stressful when things are tight, but we’ve learned to stay calm and just work through the list. We just keep the goods moving along.
