We operate out of a spot in Rohini, specifically in Gali No.-9 of Sardar Colony. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are registered at Sector 166 but spend our time here in New Delhi. Dealing with development and building projects means we are always looking at plans and trying to get things lined up. Our office is a modest place, nothing like the glass towers you see in the center of the city. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the actual work. Amar Singh’s place has been our base, and it works for us. Usually, you’ll find us with a cup of tea, looking over some site drawings or talking to contractors on the phone. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the blueprints and samples laying around. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or a sleek website. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or have seen what we’ve done before. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between Noida and Delhi, which keeps us busy. We don't try to sugarcoat the reality of building stuff; it’s hard work and involves a lot of waiting and grit. We just stay here in our corner of Rohini and keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a simple life for us.
