Pidilite Industries Ltd

We are located at 232 on the ground floor in Masjid Moth. It’s right near the Shani Dev Mandir in the South Ex II area of New Delhi. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop by, though it gets a bit noisy with the temple nearby and the city traffic. Pidilite Industries Ltd uses this spot for managing its local operations. The office is a simple room with some old desks and a few computers that have been around for a while. We don't have a polished look here. It’s more about getting the job done than looking fancy. We spend the day talking to retailers and making sure the supplies of glue and other materials are moving out on time. The walls are a bit plain, maybe needing a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We have a small crew, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no corporate hierarchy that feels stiff. We just chat about the work and what we’re having for lunch. Sometimes the street gets blocked during festivals, and we just have to plan around it. It’s an honest, everyday kind of workplace where we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving. We aren't complicated people, just workers in a busy city.
