We are situated in Phase II of the Okhla Industrial Area. Our building is F-26/2. If you know Okhla, you know it’s a massive grid of warehouses and factories. We fit right in there at Phoenix Contact India Pvt. Ltd. Most of our day involves managing industrial parts and dealing with various technical requests. It’s a busy environment with a lot of movement. Trucks are always loading or unloading something near the gate. Inside, it’s a mix of office space and storage. We aren't doing anything fancy in terms of decor; it’s just a functional space where we get the work done. The team here is a mix of people who have been around since the start and some newer faces. We deal with a lot of connectors and automation gear. It’s specific stuff, so we spend a lot of time double-checking part numbers and shipping labels. The traffic in Okhla is pretty legendary, so we’re used to the noise and the slow commute every morning and evening. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders we have for the day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the industries we serve. We try to stay organized, though sometimes the warehouse gets a bit cluttered when a big shipment comes in. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule. The area never really sleeps; there's always a forklift moving or a gate clanging shut.
