Our shop is based in the Okhla Industrial Area, specifically in Phase 1. It is a busy part of the city with lots of factories and trucks moving around all the time. We handle switch gear here at Philicon Switch Gear Pvt.Ltd. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we can do our work. It gets dusty because of all the construction and traffic nearby. We have been in Okhla for a long time. It’s where the work is. Inside, we have our machinery and the parts we need for our daily tasks. It's usually quite loud during the day because of the neighboring units. We don't mind it much. We have a small team here and we just get on with things. There’s no big reception area or fancy carpets. Just concrete floors and workbenches. We take our lunch breaks together when we can. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common in this area, but we manage. Dealing with industrial products means our hands are often dirty by the end of the day. We are just a regular company trying to do our job in Phase 1. People come to us when they need specific electrical gear. We don't do much marketing. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just being in the same industrial zone.
