Pes Installations Pvt. Ltd. operates out of 16, Pachim Vihar Extension, right near Rohtak Road. It’s a handy location for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. Our place is a mix of an office and a small workshop area where we keep all our tools and equipment. There’s usually a bit of grease and dust around because we’re always working on some piece of gear. We do installations, so a lot of the time the office is empty while the crew is out at a site. Those of us who stay behind are busy scheduling the next jobs or ordering parts we've run out of. The phone rings a lot with people asking when we can come over or checking on their project. We don’t have a fancy front desk or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see one of us sitting at a desk covered in technical manuals and half-empty tea cups. It’s a functional space where the main goal is just getting the installations done right and on time. Rohtak Road is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of traffic in the background that we don't even notice anymore. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporation. We’re just a team of people.
