Periyar Hybrid Seeds Co.

We have been running things from T 82/2 Malka Ganj Road in the Indra Market area for quite a long time now. If you are looking for us, it is right in the heart of that busy market scene. We are the ones handling the seeds, specifically hybrid ones. It is not some high-tech office with glass walls, just a regular shop where we stack the bags and keep the books. Most of our days are spent talking to farmers or local suppliers who stop by to see what we have in stock. The traffic on Malka Ganj Road can be a real headache in the afternoons, but we have gotten used to the noise and the crowd over the years. We started this because we knew a bit about seeds and figured we could make a go of it here in Delhi. There are about four of us working the floor, and we just try to keep everything organized so we do not lose track of the orders. We do not really have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure that when someone buys a bag of seeds from us, they are getting exactly what is on the label. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the place gets a bit dusty, but that is part of the trade. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day’s tasks.
