PDS Developers Pvt Ltd is right in the middle of Dwarka Sector 6, at the Central Market G 8, 15&16. It’s a lively area, and being in the market means there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with various development tasks. The office is spread across a few units because we needed the extra space for all our files and meeting areas. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s a working office where people are actually doing things. We spend a lot of our time talking to contractors and checking on materials. Development is tricky because something always goes wrong at the last minute, like a truck breaking down or a pipe leaking. We just deal with it as it happens. We are locals, so we understand the neighborhood and the people living here. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We’d rather just sit down and talk about the project over a cup of coffee. It’s a practical approach to building. Sometimes the market gets so crowded it's hard to get through, but that's just life in Dwarka. We like the energy of the place. Our work is steady, and we don't feel the need to shout about it. We’re just here doing our job every day. It's a bit noisy, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
