PBNK Developers Pvt Ltd is located over in Kalkaji CR Park, at F 1186 to be exact. It’s a pretty well-known part of town, and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years. We spend our time working on various building projects and keeping track of all the paperwork that comes with it. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and files everywhere, but we know where everything is. We aren't the type to wear suits every day unless there's a really big meeting. Mostly, we're just talking to site supervisors and making sure things are actually getting built the way they should be. It’s a lot of back and forth on the phone and checking in on different spots around the city. Being in CR Park is nice because there are good places to grab lunch nearby, which is a plus during long workdays. We don't make big promises about changing the world or anything like that. We just focus on finishing the projects we have on our plate. Some days are slower than others, and sometimes everything happens at once. That's just the nature of development work, I suppose. We’ve had our fair share of delays and headaches, but we keep showing up. If you're in the area, you might see us coming and going from the F block office.
