Patel Infrastructure

We operate out of a flat, which might seem a bit unusual to some, but it works perfectly fine for us. It keeps our overhead low and allows us to focus on the actual infrastructure work we do. We don't need a huge storefront or a warehouse to get our jobs done. Most of our time is spent out on different sites anyway, so having a home base in a flat is quite practical for a small group. When we are here, it’s mostly for doing the accounting, making calls, and planning out the next few weeks. It’s a quiet environment, which is nice after being out on noisy construction sites all day. We keep our tools and papers organized as best as we can. It’s just a few of us making sure that everything stays on track. We don't have any fancy signs or big posters on the walls. It feels more like a workspace than a traditional office. We like the simplicity of it. There is less to worry about and more time to focus on the projects. People sometimes ask why we don't move to a bigger place, but we are happy right where we are. It’s about the work we do, not how flashy our office looks to people passing by. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about things. It works for us.
