St Service Point

If you head over to Guru Harkishan Nagar in Paschim Vihar, you’ll find St Service Point at M-131 on the first floor. It is a typical neighborhood spot where we handle all sorts of service requests from people nearby. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up a short flight of stairs, but most don’t seem to mind the climb. The space is set up with a few counters and some chairs for people who are waiting for their turn. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there might be parts or paperwork spread out over the tables and desks. Paschim Vihar is a lived-in area, so we get a lot of locals dropping by just to ask a quick question or check on something. We don’t have a corporate reception or a uniform. We just wear what’s comfortable for working on repairs and talking to customers throughout the day. The windows look out over the street, so we can see the traffic and the people going about their business while we work on the tasks at hand. It gets a bit noisy in the late afternoons when the schools nearby finish, but we’re used to the sound by now. We keep a small kettle in the back for making tea when there’s a break in the flow of people coming in. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or fixing small components. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it’s easy.
